DC++ Update

OK the OTO hub is still available but there have
been a few changes.

First New IP address:
otodc.bukkake.fi:1337

Second the minimum share has been increased
to 20 gigs from the original 1 gig.

The hub will simply refuse your connection
until you have that amount of data shared.
